The software of your website needs updating consistently to remain secure and stay up-to-date with the latest technology. We now live in a day and age where online software is vulnerable to being attacked and hacked into. When your website is monitored and kept updated you’re allowing for a better defense against unwanted and debilitating intrusions. Plus if your site has been hacked a slow response can blacklist your website and ding your search engine results and take a toll on your overall web presence.

Send an email with clear instructions on the content you would like to add to your website or would to change and we schedule the work to be done. When your changes have been completed we’ll notify you so you can review the changes and approve them.
Monthly support time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our support queue. This support does not rollover for Update and Optimize plans. Support is for content changes include any text or image change which fall into the support time frame each month. This typically covers things like adding a blog post, a new product, testimonials section or a new event to your website. For support requests that fall outside of the scope of maintenance plans, please see below.
Advanced changes can be considered more of a design embellishment or feature than as ongoing monthly maintenance. If a tasks falls outside the scope of your monthly care plan (such as an online store, membership section or other advanced changes) we will evaluate your needs/request on a case by case basis. We will submit a quote for you to approve. Once a quote has been submitted and has your approval we would schedule the work to be done.
Occasionally, requests for tasks can be bigger than realized or grow in size and add time beyond the time allotted in your monthly care plan. We will notify you if this is the case and bill for time exceeded at our current support/maintenance rate.
Our current hourly rate for our care plans is $95/hour.
The whole purpose of our client plans are to implement preventative care, security scans for protection with the goal to prevent something from happening. However, if something does go wrong and your website needs emergency care, we will be there working with any and all tech support (such as your hosting provider) on your behalf. The goals are to determine the cause, get things fixed and have your site up and running as soon as possible.
We cannot promise your website will not be hacked or a software update will create some issues, but we do promise to do everything in our power to prevent it, assist you in the restoration using one of our backups and other tools we have implemented.
