Case Notes

Short lessons from real website and marketing work.

MDT Case Notes are designed to be practical, readable project stories: what the problem was, what changed, what improved, and what another small business can learn from the work.

Not long case studies. Useful working notes.

  • Shorter than a traditional case study
  • Focused on practical problems and decisions
  • Useful for business owners considering similar work
  • Built from real website care and support situations
  • Created as projects mature and examples become ready
The Format

Every Case Note follows a simple structure.

The goal is not to overwhelm visitors with every project detail. The goal is to show the kind of thinking and practical support MDT brings to real business situations.

Problem

What was outdated, confusing, missing, broken, unclear, or no longer serving the business well?

Work

What did MDT help update, clarify, build, publish, support, connect, or improve?

Improvement

What became more useful, current, trustworthy, organized, visible, or easier to act on?

Lesson

What can another business owner learn from this project or situation?

Future Notes

Case Notes will grow as current projects mature.

These are the kinds of client stories and project situations that may become fuller Case Notes as work moves forward.

Case Note Types

The stories will not all look the same.

Some Case Notes may focus on care plans. Others may focus on visibility, content, redesign decisions, campaigns, support systems, or the small improvements that make a site more useful.

Website Care Notes

Stories about keeping sites maintained, updated, protected, supported, and useful after launch.

Page Improvement Notes

Stories about clarifying offers, improving service pages, refining calls to action, and cleaning up stale content.

Local Visibility Notes

Stories about Google Business Profile support, local information cleanup, and profile-to-website alignment.

Content Support Notes

Stories about turning ideas, announcements, services, events, and rough drafts into useful website content.

Campaign Notes

Stories about landing pages, email campaigns, seasonal promotions, event support, and customer communication.

Marketing Back Office Notes

Stories about the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep websites, content, visibility, and communication moving.

The best case notes do not just say, “Look what we built.” They show what changed, why it mattered, and what another business can learn.

That is the kind of proof MDT will build over time.
